**Social Worker (MSW)

Edmonton, AB

Permanent Full Time** Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing in-person counselling services for professional clients of the TELUS Health Care Clinic in Edmonton.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide confidential, high-touch counselling services to professionals, executives, and corporate clients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for discerning clients with complex professional demands
  • Deliver expert clinical care that meets the elevated expectations of corporate and professional clientele
  • Support clients navigating the unique challenges of high-performance careers and leadership roles

What you bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of post-masters clinical experience
  • Professional Registration - ACSW, CAP, CC
  • Knowledge of clinical assessment tools with experience conducting substance abuse assessments & mental health assessment
  • Ability to assess all types of psycho-social disorders and develop treatment plan
  • Strong report writing skills & case management skills
  • Experience supporting mandated clients
  • Experience working in an inpatient/outpatient substance abuse treatment facility considered an asset
  • Basic knowledge of community resources around Edmonton
