About the Role
As ATB’s next Junior Data Developer, you will work in the Credit Risk Data team. You will be responsible for executing our data workflows, assisting to ensure the integrity of our data, as well as understanding Credit Risk datasets and drafting data dictionaries.
Accountabilities
- Execute code following readme file for the monthly Data Promotion process.
- Provide support to senior team members to day-day data function.
- Familiar with Credit Risk data.
- Develop capabilities in data wrangling to support model development and analytics
- Grow experience in Big Query and Python, learning good coding habits
- Gain basic knowledge of Credit Risk, ATB and banking
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A university degree in Computing Science, some familiarity with programing Big Query/Python
- Detail-oriented and QC mindset
- Ability to verbally convey technical ideas and results with technical peers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide timely deliverables
- Ability to be proactive in identifying follow-up tasks
- Ability to work both in a virtual environment independently and in collaboration with team members
- Keen to gather information and seek answers and solutions that ensure the quality and integrity of your deliverables
- Client obsessed and know how to deliver WOW to your clients and your teammates
