Hiring: Business Consultant (Engineering Strategy & Operations)
Are you a Business Consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, executive communications, and technology?
I am looking for a high-impact Business Consultant to partner directly with a senior technology leadership team within an Enterprise Engineering organization here in Canada. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role.
We are looking for a strategic partner who can bridge the gap between complex engineering initiatives—like Cloud, AI, and M&A integration—and executive-level decision-making. If you are comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and transforming technical data into compelling executive stories, this is the role for you.
ONLY CANADIAN BANKING CANDIDATES ACCEPTED
Location & Details: Preferred: Remote Duration: 12-Month Contract (strong extension potential OR full time employee). Start Date: ASAP Compensation: T4: $50-60; IC: $65-$70

Broad Exposure: Gain deep insights into M&A activity, AI transformation, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale engineering governance. Stability: This is a 12-month contract with strong extension potential and the possibility of a permanent transition.
What we need: 3–5+ years of experience in Consulting, PMO, or Strategy within Canadian Banking industry. Mastery of Executive Comms: You excel at building executive-ready presentations and distilling complex tech concepts. Data Fluency: Strong Excel/Reporting skills to drive data-backed decision-making. Adaptability: The ability to move between high-level strategy and operational execution with minimal oversight.
