We are seeking a dynamic and organized Placement and Employment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between students, graduates, and employers ensuring successful practicum placements and supporting graduates in securing employment in their chosen fields.
This full-time role offers 40 hours per week at our Kelowna, BC Campus.
Salary Range - $50,000 to $65,000. (Depending on experience and qualification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage student practicum placements with industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community organizations.
- Support graduates with job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation.
- Track and report placement and employment outcomes to meet program and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with instructors and program managers to ensure smooth placement processes.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in business, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and employers.

Experience in recruitment, career services, or employment counseling is an asset.

Proficiency with MS Office and database management.
