YOUR IMPACT:
Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and product design? At OpenText, we’re building a future where workforce insights drive action. As a Senior Program Manager, People Analytics – Consulting& Product, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-impact analytics consulting to internal clients (HRBPs, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and more), while owning the roadmap for our suite of people analytics products.
You’ll bring a consulting mindset, product ownership experience, and a passion for user-centered design. Reporting to the Head of People Analytics you’ll partner across teams to shape how insights are delivered, consumed, and acted upon.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Client-Facing Consulting LeadershipPartner with HRBPs, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to solve business problems through data, understanding their needs and delivering tailored insights and strategic recommendations.
Product Ownership& Roadmap ManagementOwn the lifecycle of our people analytics product suite—including dashboards, decks, models, reports, and data provisions—ensuring alignment with user needs and business priorities.
Insight Packaging& Storytelling StandardsChampion the shift from counts to narratives. Package insights in compelling, executive-ready formats that drive understanding and action.
Cross-Platform Consistency& UX ExcellenceEnsure consistency across Power BI, SuccessFactors, Excel, PPT, and other platforms. Advocate for intuitive design and brand alignment.
Feedback Loops& Continuous ImprovementDesign and implement feedback mechanisms, usage metrics, and training assets to evolve our products and services.
Strategic Collaboration& InfluenceWork closely with HR tech, HRIT, and other partners to align analytics products with system changes and organizational goals.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Consulting mindset – You guide stakeholders toward impactful, data-driven decisions.
- Product thinking – You manage roadmaps, backlogs, and releases with clarity and purpose.
- Storytelling expertise – You translate data into compelling narratives that resonate with executives.
- BI fluency – You’re comfortable across platforms and tools, with a strong UX orientation.
- Strategic prioritization – You balance competing needs and make smart trade-offs.
- Collaboration& influence – You build strong relationships and drive alignment across functions.
- Detail-oriented execution – You deliver with precision and accountability.
- Educational background – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Value-add skills / experience – Experience with Power BI, SuccessFactors, SQL, Excel, and dashboard design; familiarity with HR data and systems is a strong asset.
