VICE-PRINCIPAL POSITION(S)
(BWDSB) is dedicated to creating a list of dynamic leadership candidates who are qualified for Vice-Principal positions. Applications are welcomed from innovative, collaborative, and change-focused educators and system leaders, particularly those who bring diverse perspectives and experiences. Salary: $129,649 – $140,482, per the 2025 Provincial Vice-Principal Salary Grid
Qualifications
- Candidates must be certified to teach at the elementary and/or secondary level and be current members, in good standing, with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
- Applicants must also hold both Parts I and II of the Principal's Qualification Program (PQP).
Asset****s
- Expertise in implementing achievement plans that support student learning and well-being
- Experience working as an instructional leader who fosters positive relationships within the school community
- Strong background in school operations, building relationships, and developing inclusive and equitable learning environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Leadership experience in promoting culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy (CRRP), universal design for learning (UDL), and addressing the ongoing impact of colonization on students
- A dynamic approach, enthusiasm, and the ability to work as part of an accountable district-wide leadership team
