PolyWorks India is looking for a Metrology Process Analyst and Macro Developer who will be responsible for analyzing our clients’ manufacturing processes and optimizing them by customizing our PolyWorks® software solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and identify improvement opportunities, playing a key role in optimizing their efficiency and productivity. PolyWorks India is looking for a Metrology Process Analyst and Macro Developer who will be responsible for analyzing our clients’ manufacturing processes and optimizing them by customizing our PolyWorks® software solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and identify improvement opportunities, playing a key role in optimizing their efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Interact virtually with manufacturing clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions based on their industrial context
- Design, build, and implement solutions to automate complex workflows
- Control the quality and document the developed solutions before their release into production
- Participate in the testing and delivery phases to the client
- Interact with high-tech equipment (3D scanners, contact-based probing devices, laser projectors and trackers, robots, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial or automated manufacturing, or another relevant discipline
- Demonstrate proficiency and hands-on experience with various programming languages such as Matlab, Excel VBA, Python, C#, and/or others
- Demonstrate good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, including metrology principles and techniques used for quality control and precision measurement
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, with a focus on effective information and knowledge sharing with colleagues across digital platforms
- Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
