Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Stock Bar is a full-service, multi-level restaurant with a guest capacity of 300, created through a unique partnership between Terroni and Cumbrae’s. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is enthusiastic about service, people, and continual improvement. You bring a warm, professional presence to the floor and have the skills to lead, coach, and inspire your team daily.
Key Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of steps of service and commitment to service excellence
- Proficient in FOH scheduling
- Experience with POS systems (Sylverware preferred)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving environments
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate large teams
- Passion for guest interaction and floor presence
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Wine knowledge or certification is a strong asset
