On behalf of Arrowleaf Real Estate, Boyden is seeking an Independent Director to join the Board. This position will provide strategic oversight and governance, ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the business. The new Board Director will contribute to key strategic priorities, including continued growth and diversification of the portfolio and ongoing risk management.
The ideal Director will bring some or all of the following attributes:
- Real estate capital markets expertise (deal structuring (JV & LP/GP structures), financing, and corporate finance)
- Real estate asset management expertise (including portfolio management, capital allocation, leasing and property management, and reporting)
- Knowledge and network across the BC, Alberta, and Ontario real estate markets
- Family office/business experience
- Industrial and retail asset class expertise
Founded on a philosophy of long-term ownership, Arrowleaf approaches real estate with a disciplined investment strategy centred on responsible stewardship, strong tenant relationships, and thoughtful development. It is expected that the Director also reflects these values and operates with core principles of integrity, lasting relationships, quality, and community.
