Hiring: Sales Manager for Suburban Motors

An Exceptional Opportunity is available to come work for one of Vancouver Islands highest performing Automotive Dealership Groups and join our dynamic leadership team as a Sales Manager at Suburban Motors Ford Lincoln.

This position, in conjunction with the sales management team, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department; increasing and growing dealership revenue; leading, training and coaching sales staff; and ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant must be a highly motivated team player along with:

• 3+ years in automotive management (financial services experience an asset)
• Accountable to daily, weekly and monthly performance targets
• Proven track record of sales results
