About the role

Permanent Full Time 

   We are looking for an Advisor Support Associate to join our Insurance Link team, part of Financial Solutions Centre within Client Advisory Services! Reporting to the Associate Manager, Insurance Link, the Advisor Support Associate plays an important role in supporting our Financial Service Representatives by providing timely, value-added insurance sales and client service support. This role helps enable a strong advisor and client experience while contributing to the growth and success of our insurance business. What you will do   

Provide strategic insurance sales support to Financial Service Representatives to help them attain their goals and thereby help the Financial Solutions Centre achieve overall insurance growth targets Provide administrative support for insurance-related activities, including support to clients, peers, insurance business partners, and the management team within the Financial Solutions Centre Provide outstanding customer service and support by putting the customer first Contribute as part of a high functioning operations team committed to the success of our advisors and insurance business within the Financial Solutions Centre Provide professional, knowledgeable insurance sales and service support to help Financial Service Representatives with new business as well as conserve and grow the business of existing insurance clients Follow established administrative processes and procedures to support consistent, compliant insurance operations Maintain insurance compliance standards along with Financial Service Representatives within the Financial Solutions Centre Support special projects, as required Provide general support and coverage to peers, as required

  What you will bring 

Post-Secondary education; business related field preferred Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn insurance-related tools and processes Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally while demonstrating tact, courtesy and patience Adaptable to change, with an understanding of the need to quickly change priorities and respond in a positive manner Demonstrated proactive approach, showing initiative toward process improvement and individual development Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively with continuous interruptions Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-focused approach Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally

The base salary for this position is between $41,100 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
