We are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team for the role of a Customer Service Representative at our Bank and Hunt Club location in Ottawa. The position entails:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Excels in a team environment
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Other languages are an asset but not a requirement
- Must be able to obtain OTL (Other Than Life) license for home and auto insurance
We offer:
- A generous salary (approximately $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience) plus monthly commission and annual bonus
