Job Description

Manage intake and creation of work orders Review and manage service related documentation Compile customer information and submit for approval Invoice service workorders for internal and external customers Invoice Warranty claims General administration and clerical duties, as required Collection of customer payments Qualifications: Excellent time management skills Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment 2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset Computer proficiency with a variety of software Customer Service mindset Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Note: This is a permanent, full time position for our Regina location Position is currently Monday-Friday, but will switch to a 7x7 continuous shift once trained.
