Role Overview
We are seeking a Capital Management Technology Senior Analyst / Lead to join our Treasury Technology team. This is a senior, hands-on role that combines leadership and technical expertise to design, implement, and enhance capital management solutions. You will translate complex business rules into robust technology requirements, oversee data management processes, and guide a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and technical partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Translation: Convert capital pillar business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls.
- Data Integration: Develop source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and interface specifications for capital management and reporting platforms.
- Data Onboarding: Execute onboarding of priority data sources into strategic data platforms.
- Data Quality: Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
- Collaboration: Partner with data engineers and technology teams to build and optimise data ingestion pipelines.
- Agile Delivery: Write user stories and acceptance criteria for capital management features.
- Testing & QA: Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.
- Governance: Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogues, and control documentation to support transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Solution Design: Contribute to the creation of canonical capital models and reusable solution patterns.
- Best Practices: Promote excellence in requirements management, data analysis, and solution delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles.
- Technical Expertise: Proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and controls.
- Data Skills: Strong hands-on experience with data platforms, data integration, and testing methodologies.
- Documentation: Proficiency in data mapping, governance, and documentation practices.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience leading and developing teams of analysts or technical professionals.
