The Opportunity
Harding Medical is searching for Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated, you are our ideal candidate!

What You Will Do
Assist customers by providing product information, price quotes, and delivery dates as well as recommend products. Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to Long-term Care, Special Care, and Retirement Living facilities. Visit facilities to host education sessions and product demonstrations. Collaborate with Rehab and OT departments to update them on rental programs and personal care products. Process customer orders and handle back orders, returns, and delivery dates. Greet retail customers and answer incoming calls and inquiries. Keep facilities informed about new products for homecare needs. Organize, price, and restock shelves in the retail store. Perform bank deposits twice weekly.
What We Offer You
What You Need to Succeed:
Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1 + years in a customer service or sales position required. Experience in the home medical industry and basic knowledge of medical terminology an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Well organized and able to communicate effectively with others. Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player.
