What You'll Be Doing
Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials. Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Maintain consistent material flow to support plant and site production needs. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations. Perform routine housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, quarry, or similar environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices. Ability to perform equipment inspections, recognize mechanical concerns, and communicate issues effectively. Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
