With more than five years of experience in talent acquisition—primarily for engineering roles—you bring a deep understanding of the technical and non-technical recruiting experience across North America. You are a trusted advisor, skilled at guiding hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment process, from intake meetings to competitive offer negotiations. Your communication and interpersonal abilities are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike, while ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.

You excel at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities, leveraging your agility and resourcefulness to drive results. You are comfortable using talent acquisition systems and tools, maintaining data accuracy, and utilizing analytics to inform decision-making. Your expertise with applicant tracking systems—especially Avature ATS or similar platforms—allows you to streamline recruitment processes and manage pipelines efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing expertise in both engineering and non-engineering roles to support the hiring needs of Canada/US managers.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving intake meetings, defining recruitment strategies, and facilitating interview processes.
  • Ensuring standardization and consistency of recruitment processes using Avature ATS and other applicant tracking systems.
  • Providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience with timely, transparent communication and support throughout the hiring journey.
  • Utilizing talent acquisition systems and tools to manage and track candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain data accuracy in real time.
  • Leveraging data analytics and metrics to drive decisions, continuously improving recruitment outcomes and processes.
  • Driving a competitive offer process to secure top talent in both technical and non-technical domains.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, primarily for engineering roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Avature ATS preferred or similar platforms).
  • Strong ability to leverage talent acquisition tools, data analytics, and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience working across multiple domains, including technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
