About the role

The successful candidate will work as required, in a fast paced, ever changing environment with other team members and be able to perform the following:

  • Qualified to operate trolleys, lifts and Raymond Reach truck or be willing to take the training to be qualified
  • Unloading / Loading of trucks. Receiving, Tallying, Picking orders
  • Providing excellent customer service to all our internal customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
  • Quality reading and writing skills and able to understand production work order sheets, schedules and truck delivery schedules.
  • Have good knowledge of all frozen products
  • Have good mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in an environment of variant temperatures
  • Participating in safety and quality audits
  • Involved with problem solving issues and inventory discrepancies
  • Ensuring the safe and proper storage of ingredients, packaging, raw material & finished goods
  • The individual must possess excellent customer service relations and the ability to maintain inventory accuracies
  • Any other assigned jobs that are not covered in this posting
  • Physical fit to perform job requirements and capable of repetitive heavy lifting
  • Ensure the safety and wellness of yourself, other employees at HLF and our customers by following proper safe work procedures and following the proper SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
