We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focusedpost-secondary studentto join our team! This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and to learn more about our customs team, the company, and the industry.
As theCustoms Student, you will be a key player in supporting our customs-related issues and programs. Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs.
- Providing eManifest information to US Customs.
- Communication with customers, drivers, custom brokers, border officers via telephone & email.
- Assisting customer service with any customs related issues.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education with a focus on any combination of Supply Chain, Management, or Business Administration with agraduation date past Dec 2026.
- Ability to work independently and work effectively as a team player.
- Exceptional customer service skills; embraces the concept of both the internal and external customer.
- Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
This position requiresfull‑time availability during the summer, with the potential forflexible part‑time hoursduring the school year.Weekend availability is requiredto support operational needs.
These positions often lead to full‑time employment opportunities after graduation.
Tentative start date for May 2026.
