Project Administrator

Full-Time | Office-Based | Jerseyville, ON

Lanmar Environmental is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in project administration and document control within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and internal teams to support the coordination, tracking, and management of project documentation and information. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring that projects run efficiently, documentation is accurate, and deliverables are issued on time.

Key Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)

Project Administration Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams
  • Assist with coordination and tracking of project deliverables
  • Support project reporting, scheduling, and coordination activities.
  • Assist with permit applications and utility locate requests.
  • Coordinate the collection of subcontractor documentation (insurance, WSIB clearance, training records).

Document Control & Management

  • Format project documentation to company standards
  • Maintain accurate and organized project filing within internal systems
  • Track incoming and outgoing documentation Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain project records and folder structures
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of electronic project folders and project management systems.
  • Support data entry and upkeep of project tracking tools and logs Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related administrative requests
  • Support communication between project teams and management
  • Assist with distribution of project updates and documentation General Administrative Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and coordination activities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader office team as required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, Construction Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Experience or exposure to document control, project coordination, or administrative workflows is considered an asset.
  • Experience within demolition, environmental, restoration, remediation, or civil construction is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based (Jerseyville, ON)
  • Occasional travel to project sites or municipal offices may be required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
