A rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to join our premium global beauty brand and drive business development with a focus on brand building across the regional professional salon network. We are seeking a strong sales professionals who like to be hands on ‘on the street’… for our Canada region.

About the Role
The evo regional brand manager for our Canada region will largely be responsible for driving the evo business in their region and involve the responsibilities set out below.
- lead business planning, execution and development for the region;
- work closely with the evo distributors in region to drive evo brand management within the distributor business from a sales, marketing and education perspective;
- drive key salon acquisition directly in the manager’s local city and territory; and
- drive evo business development through coaching / mentoring evo in field positions including the distributor’s sales team.
The human we seek
- 3-5 years’ experience in the hair/beauty industry (must have brand and distributor experience)
- Excellent sales representation experience and results as brand pioneer in the hair/beauty industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create comprehensive business plans
- Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm and positive influence
- Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
You will have a strong personal presentation and fashion orientation and be a passionate, fun, confident and outgoing individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.

We take skiers, snowboarders and mountain bikers to iconic destinations around the world via evoTrip, our group and private travel business. In addition to lodging at The Journeyman Lodge in Whistler, adventure-minded travelers can stay with us at evo Hotel in Salt Lake. We will open evo Hotel Tahoe City in Winter 2024/2025, and evo Hotel Hakuba in Winter 2024.
At the heart of everything we do is our mission to leave a positive impact on communities, by bringing financial and volunteer support to non-profit organizations dedicated to getting underserved kids outdoors. To support this work we have two skateparks, All Together Skate Park Salt Lake, and All Together Skatepark Seattle, where kids lives are positively impacted by the love of skateboarding.
