We are currently looking for a Master Electrician who will report the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems on machines
- Carry out the annual thermography and maintenance of BBA equipment
- Modify and update electrical plans for the North American plants
- Potentially act as the designated electrical representative
- Provide machine backup support
- Perform maintenance for the welding department
- Ensure calibration of testing equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of the entire electrical network
- Calculate the plant’s electrical capacity compared to the number of machines on the shop floor
- Participate in machine automation projects
- Perform any other related duties
Your profile
- DEC in Electrical Engineering and valid C licence
- At least 7 years of experience as an industrial electrician, primarily working with machining equipment on CNC and conventional machines
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine tool specifications
- Knowledge of automation and control systems
- Solid experience with electrical and electronic systems
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (an asset)
