Insurance Sales Producer - Remote As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group, you will be be provided warm leads from the company website to sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products.
Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

- RIBO License required and proven success in insurance sales
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them
- A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
Role Details
- Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm and Rotational Weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Remote across Canada

- Compensation: $40,000 salary + 40% commission on new business
