About the role
About The Opportunity LRO Staffing is partnered with one of Canada’s reputable health institutions seeking an Epic Certified Ambulatory Principal Trainer to join their team immediately on an initial 6-month contract with extension possibility. This will require in depth Epic Ambulatory Training and MST build expertise. The selected candidate will have strong experience with Epic Implementations and in-depth experience in developing curriculums and Epic testing environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting (100% remote).
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of Epic experience as an Epic Principal Trainer
- Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer Certification
- EPIC implementation experience
- Must have strong experience with MST builds, Ambulatory training and workflows
- Experience designing and delivering comprehensive training programs
- Strong experience with requirement gathering, change management and stakeholder management
- Significant experience conveying informatics concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration between clinical and IT teams
- Provide end user system support and training
