The Opportunity:

We are looking for talented, reliable and hard-working people who want to make Stanpac a place to grow their careers. Available Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, Day Shift but with some flexibility, approximately 16-20 hours per weekend

• please note that there may be alternative hours available to help with vacation coverage as that comes up.

Wage:$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Dust surfaces within office
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, offices, conference room, and kitchens
• Replace toilet paper and hand towels
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning supplies
• Clean, disinfect, and polish fixtures and appliances
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

• Previous cleaning experience, an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Self-starter, efficient, and able to produce high quality work with little supervision
• Dependable, reliable, punctual
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure or tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and great attendance record
• High school diploma or equivalent

What will help you perform the job?

• Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to comfortably walk, sit, bend, and crouch.
• Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (hairnet, ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots/shoes).
• Able to lift up to 30lbs (occasionally may be required to lift up to 50lbs)
