️ Your Responsibilities
- Lead audit, review, compilation, and other assurance engagements across a variety of industries.
- Collaborate closely with junior and senior auditors, as well as managers and partners, to ensure high-quality and efficient engagements.
- Supervise intermediate auditors in the field and uphold firm standards and values throughout the audit process.
- Prepare Canadian tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, demonstrating solid tax knowledge.
- Contribute to special mandates by delivering innovative, tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth through constructive feedback and hands-on coaching.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- CPA designation completed or in progress (registered with the Ordre des CPA du Québec).
- Minimum of four years’ experience in a public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).
- Solid experience preparing Canadian tax returns for both individuals and corporations.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS).
- Experience with Caseware, CaseView, and Taxprep (an asset).

- Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in English is required due to the nature of the position: the selected candidate will be required to communicate regularly, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues located outside of Quebec whose working language is English.
