Job summary

The Fill Crew Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are transported from the warehouse to the sales floor in an efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

The replenishment associate will work an early morning shift to align with the truck/shipment schedule 6am-3pm and every other weekend. They will take over where the night fill crew leaves off and they will ensure that the products our customers want are on the shelves. It is a physical job, requiring both individual and teamwork with respective departments.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing expedites and picks from overnight crew
  • Picking 10/02 for the floor as needed
  • Helping with overstock when needed in warehouse
  • Performing auditing and other warehouse maintenance as required
  • Follow department policies, steel toe shoe required
  • Participate in meetings and all training, as required
  • Complete other tasks, as required

  • Ability to provide professional customer service and employee support
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to complete tasks according to instructions and demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Effective written and oral communication skills (ie: walkie talkies)
  • Basic math skills

Physical Demands (refers to an 8-hour shift with standard breaks)

  • Able to lift 25 kilos or 50 lbs unassisted and carry as required
  • Able to be constantly moving for a period of 8 hours
  • Able to bend/reach for a period of 8 hours
  • Able to twist, turn, reach and work above shoulder level
  • Able to go up and down a ladder while carrying merchandise

Requirements / Skills

  • No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
  • Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
  • Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Result-oriented
  • Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
