Dream’s Development Finance team is currently looking to hire an Intern, Development Finance to provide a strong supporting function to our finance team, starting in January 2026.

The application deadline is Sunday, October 19th. Selected candidates will be invited to attend a one-day assessment centre during the last two weeks of the month. Who am I? What experience will I gain? Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

• Maintain and assist in development of financial models
• Assist in consolidation and interpretation of financial results
• Prepare and analyze market data and assist in preparing presentations;
• Perform data analytics and ad-hoc analysis as required for senior management for insights and trends and,
• Assist in coordinating with various teams to compile the annual budget for senior management approval;
• Build and Sharpen your technical skills

What type of experience do I have? In addition to being able to showcase your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Economics

The following are your keys to your success with us:

• University student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or economics with exceptionally strong academic and extra-curricular track record;
• Intention to pursue CFA and/or CPA designation;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in finance, accounting or investments would be a plus;
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, high level of attention to detail and desire to consistently over-deliver;
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple competing deadlines and willingness to work beyond normal hours;
• Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
