Description Client Marketing Coordinator
Starting base salary CAD$40,500 – $50,500
Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the typical range for new hire salaries, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Individual pay offers are determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
The Marketing Coordinator (Client) reports directly to the Manager, Marketing within our Program Engagement Team.
This incumbent has a passion for all-things marketing and communications, with experience managing the day-to-day coordination of marketing communications materials. In this position, you will get a vast degree of experience bringing Marketing and Program Engagement plans to life to drive engagement in our client’s incentive programs. The primary function of this role is to help clients market their programs effectively, resulting in high take rates of promotional program transactions in the 360insights platform.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participating (on occasion leading) project meetings and defining next steps for marketing deliverables.
- Drafting Program Engagement Briefs and Workback schedules.
- Coordinating creative approvals with client and internal stakeholders.
- PowerPoint content development.
- Updating project status reports.
- Writing copy for assets defined in approved Program Engagement plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis or market research for our clients.
- Attend creative reviews and feedback sessions.
- Lead & own smaller tactical Client projects through all stages of development.
What You Will Bring
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Account Support role.
- Positive, customer-centric person who is eager to learn and roll up their sleeves to get the job done on time.
- Post-secondary education in one of the following areas: marketing, advertising or business communications.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of different types of paid, owned and earned media (print, email, direct mail, digital, POP).
- Demonstrated experience working with medium-large Project teams (6-12 stakeholders) where marketing is one of several deliverables leading to overall success.
- Understanding of the process to execute and seek client approvals of creative and copy.
- Customer / sales data analysis is a strong benefit but not necessary.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Extremely quick learner with the ability to take ownership over a project and see it through to completion.
- Demonstrated time management experience managing several clients/projects against competing timelines.
