About the role

We are now looking for a Production staff to our Black Lake Factory in West Bromwich, to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages.
Your role in the blend
As a Production staff, your role involves around packaging of cooked products, stacking the pallets with cases of said products, and maintaining general housekeeping duties such as cleaning.
In this role you will
- put packaging materials such as plastic bottles/glass jars onto conveyer lines.
- monitor and assist with optimal line operation
- put labels on packed goods
- stack the packed goods onto a pallet.
- keep general housekeeping standard such as clean-as-you-go.
To succeed in this role, we're looking for candidate with following qualities:
- Punctual with timekeeping
- Basic understanding of English language
- Motivated
- Team player who should be able to work as a part of a team
- Show work ethics
