What is the opportunity?
- As a Manager, Large Enterprise Programs, Strategic Execution, you'll contribute to the execution of high-impact programs across RBC. You'll work with diverse teams to implement solutions, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
What will you do?
- Strategic leadership: Establish credibility by quickly acquiring and demonstrating subject matter expertise and deep business knowledge.
- Strategic Alignment: Support the design of strategic roadmaps and track project goals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Program Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed through clear and proactive communication, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Help build relationships, manage change, and highlight risks to ensure project success.
- Team Development: Contribute to team culture by learning and growing alongside colleagues, fostering professional development.
What do you need to succeed?
- 3+ years’ experience in managing transformative projects from strategy formulation to execution (preferably in financial industries)
- Strategic thinking skilled in recognizing business complexities, trade-offs, and required prioritization to support execution excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguities
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree (such as MBA, finance, engineering, or science)
- Strong analytics and financial business acumen and strong risk and cost control mindset (preferably CPA, CFA designation)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management skills with the focus on execution excellence
Nice to Have
- Management Consulting experience
- Additional designations Agile, Lean and Six Sigma, Change management
- Change Management designation or significant experience with change management processes
