About the role

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills to excel in this role.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Technical skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office. Soft skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Empathy, Adaptability.
