Show Home Host/Hostess | Kelowna/West Kelowna

Dilworth Homes (DH), part of the Emil Anderson Group of Companies, is a residential home builder with over 35 years of award-winning experience in the Okanagan. DH is looking for a Show Home Host/Hostess to support the Sales Manager across our Kelowna & West Kelowna Communities.

Are you great with people? Interested in real estate and working in show homes? Then this is the part-time host/hostess position is for you. Customer Experience is our number one priority, and, in this role, you will be greeting customers, maintaining cleanliness of the show homes, and assisting with data input and responding to walk-in inquiries.

This is an hourly position consisting of 10-20 hours per week. You will be based in show homes in our communities in Kelowna & West Kelowna. There may be opportunity for additional hours in the future, if desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers, take their registrations, and record daily traffic.

• Undertake to know the neighborhood and Dilworth Homes offering intimately.

• Maintain strong Product knowledge of the Development and surrounding community.

• Ensure handout material is available and stocked regularly.

• Set up and take down signage daily.

• Identify and report deficiencies and assist with monthly KPI reporting.

• Assist with special events, staging, cleaning, and handout preparation etc.

• Report as required to the Sales Manager.

• Monitor cleanliness of the Show Home and surrounding site, always ensuring the show home is ready for viewing.

• Perform daily outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls and emails, as directed by the Sales Manager.

• Accurately log all customer interactions and outreach activities in the CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be high energy and maintain a professional image.

• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.

• Competent in Word, Excel, and CRM programs for database management.

• Previous experience in development industry is an asset.

• Understand the current general market and new construction competitors or be willing to learn.

• Must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated, with an ability to work independently.

• Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

POSITION:

The wage for this role is $25/hr.
