Join our Accounting team at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort!

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Accounting Clerk to join our year-round team in Ucluelet, BC. You’ll work closely with our Assistant Controller to keep financial operations running smoothly, with a focus on owner distributions, receivables, and other general accounting functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys variety in their work and can confidently take on responsibilities while learning our systems.

This is a great fit for people who:

• Have a solid foundation in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Can manage tasks such as accounts receivable, reconciliations, and preparing reports with accuracy and efficiency

• Are quick to adapt to new accounting systems and processes

• Have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by email, and over the phone

• Work well in a collaborative team environment and can step in where needed to support daily operations

A flexible, can-do attitude is key. Additional qualifications:
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel is essential. Hospitality industry accounting experience is an asset. Strong English language skills are required.
