Specialist Education Opportunities Across Greater Manchester
Elevate Beyond is recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support specialist schools delivering outstanding education for children and young people with additional needs.
We work with a wide range of specialist provisions, including SEND schools, SEMH schools, PRUs and Alternative Provision settings.
These schools are looking for Teaching Assistants who understand that every learner deserves an education tailored to their individual strengths and challenges.
You'll Support Pupils With
Autism ADHD SEMH SLD PMLD Communication needs Complex learning difficulties
Working alongside experienced teachers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll help implement personalised learning plans, encourage independence and promote positive outcomes.
Whether you're looking for flexible supply work or a long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
Opportunities include
Part-time Full-time Day-to-day supply Long-term contracts Temp-to-permanent positions
Pay
£13-15 per hour
£97.50-112.50 per day
Essential Requirements
One year's relevant experience Enhanced DBS DBS Update Service Safeguarding Level 2 Two references Right to work
Teaching Assistant qualifications are welcomed but relevant experience is the priority.
Knowledge of EHCPs and specialist education would be advantageous.
