What You'll Do
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with guidance from senior developers
- Debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to uphold quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Estimate work, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines
- Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and development tools
- Document technical processes, features, and enhancements
- Support the full software development lifecycle and take on other duties as needed

What You'll Bring
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++
- Understanding of object-oriented methodologies and software design principles
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN
- Familiarity with databases and data storage technologies (SQL)
- Exposure to modern frameworks or platforms (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, working effectively with technical and non-technical partners
