About the role
As a Project Owner at ComputerTalk, you'll lead complex contact center and unified communications projects from design through deployment. You'll define requirements, manage timelines and resources, and serve as the primary point of accountability across both customer and technical teams. The role calls for strong organizational and decision-making skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. PMP certification (or in progress) is required. Flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, may be needed to meet client commitments.
