Your contribution!
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent Management Strategies, the Senior Advisor - Talent Manager is a driving force behind a culture where people grow, perform, and feel deeply engaged. As a strategic partner to HR and leadership, you’ll shape and deploy global talent initiatives, elevate internal capabilities, and champion a modern, inclusive employee experience. Your work will directly influence how we develop talent, strengthen leadership, and build a thriving organization.
Your day-to-day!
- Accelerate the development of high‑potential talent and support succession planning for critical roles.
- Lead our annual talent review and performance management cycles, ensuring clarity, alignment, and meaningful coaching conversations.
- Build and maintain competency frameworks and career paths that support growth and consistency across the organization.
- Drive employer branding initiatives that highlight our people and strengthen attraction and retention.
- Lead the annual engagement survey and turn insights into action with leaders and teams.
- Design and deliver learning programs, leadership development, change management, DEI, and more. through global and local initiatives.
- Create toolkits, content, and communication plans to support HR programs and learning adoption.
- Partner with HRBPs, managers, and external experts to deliver impactful talent and learning solutions.
- Support DEI initiatives that foster accountability, transparency, and an inclusive culture.
Your skills, our requirements!

5–7 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development or human resources.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influence, and build trust.

Strategic thinker with a global mindset and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.

Comfortable navigating change in a fast‑paced environment.
-
Experience with Oracle, LMS platforms, LinkedIn Learning, and Articulate is a plus.

SuccessFinder certification is an asset.

Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis.

The position can be based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, Vancouver (BC) office.

This position is a P3 level.
