What You’ll Do
- Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
- Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
- Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
- Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of safe driving experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
- Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
- Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required
Physical Demands
- Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
- Stooping and climbing stairs
- Lifting up to 75 lbs
- Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly
Schedule
- 4 days per week
- 10 hours each scheduled day
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28.57 per hour + commission based on route revenue
