What We Are Looking For:
- Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- OTL – Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience in marketing and selling
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with attention to detail and multitasking skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with clients and prospects to understand their needs through thoughtful and personalized conversations
- Present and explain coverage options in a clear and confident manner
- Focus sales efforts on life, disability, critical illness, and health & dental insurance products
- Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the Agent to meet shared business and marketing goals
- Maintain clear, organized, and accurate client documentation
What You’ll Receive:
- Competitive compensation: Salary Range: $55,000 – $90,000 per year (base salary plus commission/bonuses)
