As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll influence pricing strategies, execute retail pricing decisions, and provide analytical support to optimize retail gross margin dollars. You will also play a key role in maintaining and enhancing data reporting tools to promote data driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $82,500 - $96,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a retail environment
- Post secondary education or an undergraduate degree
- Proficiency in Power Apps & Power Automate (Power Bi and queries) as well as Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel for the development of pivot tables, charts and graphs
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Bilingual Preferred (English and French)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze pricing data and trends to inform decisions and prepare reports that optimize gross margin dollars and strengthen market share
- Communicate via phone and email with our retail associates and field selling force in Canada and Colorado, notifying them of pricing decisions
- Apply established processes to ensure flawless execution of price changes throughout the year
- Build, update, and maintain Power BI reports to analyze market performance
- Maintain pricing database information accurately and consistently
- Coordinate and participate in pricing market tours (requires travel) with retail operations
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of the Oakville, Ontario office, located at 3275 Rebecca St.
- Typical hours of work are 6 AM ET to 3 PM ET, Monday to Friday but variable shift flexibility will be required to provide business coverage on rotating weekends and holidays
