Position: Warehouse Representative
- Location: St-George
- Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Pack goods so that they arrive intact at the customer's or supplier's premises;
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
- Generate and distribute reports on inventory levels, order status, and other warehouse metrics.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and other departments regarding order status and inventory levels.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and cleaning.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Consent to a Criminal Background Check and Driver's Abstract by Wainbee.
- Physical strength and ability:
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
