HOURS OF WORK:

The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • The Director, Regional Oncology & Renal Programs and Pharmacy provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care aligned with PRHC’s vision, strategic priorities, and values.
  • You are accountable for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of regional and local programs, working in close partnership with medical leadership, clinical teams, and regional and provincial stakeholders.
  • In this role, you advance clinical excellence, system integration, and sustainable performance through strong governance, effective resource stewardship, and collaborative partnerships. You lead change, strengthen regional alignment, and drive results that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and system performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Completion of a relevant master’s degree (Health-related discipline, Health Administration, Business Administration)
  • Leadership certifications
  • Project Management certifications
  • Communication certifications
  • Certifications in related fields

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You are a strategic, people‑centred leader with a proven ability to inspire high‑performing, interdisciplinary teams and deliver measurable results in complex healthcare environments.
  • You bring at least five years of progressive leadership experience and excel at building strong, collaborative relationships with physicians, staff, patients, families, and system partners. You are comfortable leading change, advancing clinical excellence, and translating evidence, data, and research into operational outcomes.
  • Highly organized and analytically strong, you balance sound business acumen with a deep commitment to quality, patient‑centred care. You lead with presence, accountability, and integrity, and you are recognized for developing others, solving complex problems, and aligning day‑to‑day decisions with broader organizational strategy.
