Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences? Forest Hill Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Receptionist to join our thriving practice in Toronto, ON. This is a replacement position within our established orthodontic team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Welcome patients as main point of contact when they arrive at the practice
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Manage patient communication services such as office phone, email, text, and website communication
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and report
  • Scheduling patient appointments, managing patient accounts, inputting new patients into the computer system
  • Other administrative support as required

About You

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role preferred
  • Previous dental office experience preferred, orthodontic office experience is a bonus
  • Ability to be respectful of others and act with discretion at all times
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with office management software for scheduling and billing
  • Proficiency in typing and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated and reliable
