Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Planning, this position is responsible for providing analytical, reporting and day to day supply chain planning, leading interactions throughout the value chain, from manufacturing to internal customers to maximize fluid product supply and targeted in market stock levels and drive optimal customer service. Strong systems knowledge capabilities are required to manage ERP systems and data extract integrations into Microsoft based reporting.

As a skilled collaborator, you have the ability to quickly and intuitively adapt to internal and external stakeholder needs and inspire business partners to support the company’s customer service and business objectives within a dynamic Canadian network structure. Understanding how to co-ordinate forecasting, replenishment and Integrated Business Planning with suppliers and the Corby commercial sales teams to support business requirements and operating policies is critical.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic roadmap initiatives to enhance supply chain agility, responsiveness, and resilience across internal and external networks
  • Lead monthly Net Requirement generation and management for Brand Companies
  • Collaborate with commercial excellence to manage allocation consumption and analysis
  • Build supply strategy for Havana Club and manage end to end execution
  • Coordinate export supply chain planning and execution activities.
  • Slow Moving Stock Management and reporting
  • Travel Retail Supply Chain support
  • Liquid Value Ad (LVA) Forecasting and Planning
  • Consumer Experience/Complaint management
  • Provide master data management support
  • Participate in regular Sales and Operations Planning meetings, sharing information and providing updates to internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Planning and Sales
  • Manage reporting and analysis of year end shipments in collaboration with the Finance and Sales to support and achieve corporate goals
  • Assist NA Supply Chain team/S&OP on special projects as required
  • Prepare analysis and adhoc supply chain reports/analysis as requested
  • Manage day to day communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Supply Chain for Canadian network

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Passion for taking initiative and ownership to drive on time service delivery
  • Strong analytical and systems-oriented skills
  • Driven to improve processes and build relationships
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Logistics and Operations management experience
  • Export forecasting and planning
  • Collaborative approach in delivering results against accountabilities
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment and independently motivated
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word

Education

  • Required: Post-secondary degree in Supply/Logistics and/or Business
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in a relevant area
