The Opportunity Are you relentlessly curious and eager to launch your career in the dynamic world of media? We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Digital Media Coordinator to become a foundational support of our media team. This is a role for a true learner—someone who wants to absorb everything, ask questions, be efficient and grow their skills from the ground up.

You will be a critical link between our internal teams and external partners, ensuring the seamless flow of information and the flawless execution of our media campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: With guidance from the team, you will execute the setup, delivery, and optimization of media campaigns. This includes managing insertion orders (IOs), trafficking sheets, and ensuring accurate platform setup, pacing, and QA.
  • Planning, Research & Insights: You will be a key support to Media Planners, using industry-leading research tools like Simmons/MRI and Pathmatics to pull data and help build sophisticated, data-driven media plans. You will also assist in producing campaign reports, analyzing performance against KPIs, and identifying trends that lead to smart recommendations.
  • Account & Project Coordination: Serve as the organizational backbone for your accounts. You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all client status documents, flowcharts, and trackers. You will own project timelines, manage task lists, and ensure timely communication of meeting recaps to keep all team members aligned.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster positive and effective working relationships with internal teams, including Brand Management, Project Management, and Creative. You will learn to effectively manage up by proactively communicating project statuses to your managers. You will also be a primary contact for external vendors, coordinating communication, negotiating buys, and stewarding partner relationships.
  • Innovation & Continuous Learning: Actively participate in partner knowledge-sharing sessions and proactively identify new trends, tools, and platforms. We encourage you to bring fresh ideas to the team that can help push our clients' businesses forward and contribute to defining "media 2.0."

Qualifications & Mindset The Essentials:

  • You have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience (including internships) within a media agency, media company or the equivalent.
  • You possess a foundational understanding of the cross-channel digital media landscape, including video, display, social, and native advertising.
  • You have a keen attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, error-free work.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work across multiple active projects simultaneously.
  • You have excellent client-facing skills and are comfortable presenting work and building positive relationships.

The salary range for this role is $45,000-$50,000.
