As a Jr Sales Representative, at the beginning of your journey you will play a crucial role within our team by identifying and qualifying potential leads, creating a pipeline of opportunities, and engaging prospects to drive revenue growth. Within your first year, you will be able to advance your career to Account Executive and manage your own portfolio. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Clear promotion path to Account Executive role within 6-9 months based on performance and skill readiness

Opportunities to work closely with AE’s since day 1 and progressively take on more sales cycle ownership

Responsibilities at the first 6-9 months:

Initiate high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
-
Leverage advanced power dialer, to manage efficiently and maximize outbound call volumes and optimize time spent on calls
-
Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversation quotas to contribute to overall sales objectives
-
Cultivate key relationships with new customers and industries to grow business and create new opportunities
-
Understand customer pain points and create solutions and opportunities to resolve them through regular communication and follow-ups
-
Remain up to date on product and industry trends, and provide new strategic business opportunities
-
Reach out to inactive accounts to re-introduce Best Access Doors products and services
-
Nurture relationships through active and diligent follow-up using various tools including, but not limited to phone, email, digital properties, and various Social Media Platforms.

Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities and contact activities utilizing the Company’s CRM capabilities.

Meet Corporate, Department and Individual targets and Key Performance Indicators.

Always represent our company and products with integrity May on occasion be asked to take on tasks outside of job responsibility to help with company goals
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (entry-level welcome)
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-
High energy, proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization
-
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Hub spot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo.oi, Zoominfo, etc.)
-
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset
-
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment Asset: Exposure to construction, e-commerce, or B2B environments
