The Opportunity
As the Inside Service Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead and develop a national team responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving growth across Levitt-Safety’s service offerings.
This is a dynamic leadership role combining team development, strategy, and sales execution - ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and contributing directly to business growth.
This role can be based anywhere within Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, and coach a high-performing Inside Service Sales team.
- Develop the team’s knowledge of Levitt-Safety’s services and ensure alignment with our Service Capabilities Matrix.
- Support team compliance with Levitt-Safety policies through tools like Dayforce, E-Compliance, etc.
- Represent the Inside Service Sales team in cross-functional discussions and act as an ambassador for alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with National and Regional Service Sales Managers to define strategies, targets, and focus areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to uncover new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Partner with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement pricing tactics that support margin growth and market share expansion.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, customer events, and trade shows that promote Levitt-Safety’s service capabilities.
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and long-term loyalty.
- Use upselling and cross-selling strategies to deliver additional value to customers.
- Maintain and report accurate data in Salesforce CRM to monitor performance, leads, and pipeline health.
- Actively engage in national and regional initiatives to align the team’s efforts with company goals.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership skills: you must be able to motivate, delegate, and coach effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools (e.g., ISM Analysis, Phocas).
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, with a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to inspire confidence and trust.
- Several years of experience in sales or service, ideally with leadership responsibility.
- Experience in the fire, life safety, or industrial safety industry is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered a strong advantage.
