YOUR IMPACT

Do you love building connections across business units, crafting compelling stories along the customer journey, and partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences? OpenText wants you on our team.As the Global Campaign Manager for OpenText’s Content Business Unit, you will own demand marketing end-to-end, designing and executing programs that drive engagement, and pipeline across every stage of the customer journey. Working closely with the Retention Marketing team, you will create a seamless, full user journey, from attracting new users to nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. You will leverage storytelling, data-driven insights, and innovative strategies to deliver engaging, memorable experiences that inspire prospects, deepen customer loyalty, and fuel measurable business growth.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Build and manage a network across relevant business and industry ecosystems to strengthen collaboration and engagement.
  • Partner with extended marketing teams to develop and execute the Content BU marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona-driven campaigns.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners, such as SAP, to amplify reach and drive joint business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric campaigns.
  • Innovate and optimize marketing systems to enhance campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present executive-level campaign and pipeline reports, demonstrating initiative and strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to advise on strategic direction, advancing OpenText’s brand position in the market.
  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights, strong negotiation, and persuasive communication.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail, follow-through, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and able to manage and execute multiple projects.
  • Organized with ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience in enterprise and/or mid-market segments.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through storytelling and optimized customer journeys.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and how to apply it to the customer journey.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, including ABM and Intent data.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for using data to guide campaign execution and optimization.

Salary Range:$75,950 - $124,775;Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
