JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head, Traffic Services, the Project Coordinator contributes to the Operations team to achieve the company's goals and visions of growth and profitability including planning and coordinating depot and non-freeway projects. As a customer focused professional, they work collaboratively in the Depot and across Ramudden Canada to solve issues, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and plan projects and assignments with a strong emphasis on profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with relevant policies and documentation.

Utilize the ERP system to manage customer data, track orders and costs, and process invoices for completed projects.

Schedule and allocate tasks, equipment, and personnel within projects, as directed by the Depot Manager.

Support the coordination of materials, equipment, and vehicles as required by the Depot Manager.

Prepare necessary documentation including traffic management plans, traffic protection plans, permits, and other regulatory requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and analyses prior to project initiation and during execution.

Build and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with facility-related matters at the Depot as needed.

Perform additional duties in the Depot and field to support overall business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS (OR KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES)
- High school diploma
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Intermediate experience within the temporary traffic control industry, specifically within operations
- Knowledge of equipment, resources, and materials used within temporary traffic control
- 1+ year experience creating traffic management plans and traffic protection plans
- Extensive knowledge of Book 7
- Full G class driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Customer centric approach to business
- Computer literate including experience with Sketch-Up or other 3D modelling software
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Highly organized and ability to manage a varying workload
- A natural leader with the ability to positively influence others
- Willingness and ability to perform tasks outside of their usual scope of work to support the needs of the Depot and Ramudden Canada
